🚧Known limitations

As of today (January 2022), we know several limitations related to this app. In the brackets, you can see related tasks on the Atlassian side.

• You can't use our custom field on the Customer Portal (https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/FRGE-320). We're waiting for adding support for Jira Service Management.

• Our app doesn't work with Team-managed projects (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-20905).

• Due to technical limitations, you can't create more than 7 levels of selection.

• You can't edit our custom field during a bulk edit operation.

• When you put a field description in the custom field configuration, this text is not visible on the Create issue screen. There under the field is displayed a description provided by our app on the Create custom field screen.
