Merge Issues

Let's go through manual merge of issues, step by step.

1. On the source issue, click Actions menu and select Merge action.

1. In the newly opened window first select source and target issues.

   1. In the issue picker, you can choose multiple issues as sources and targets

   2. Switch to filter picker, which will allow you to easily select a bigger group of issues and merge them to target ones.

2. Select fields and custom fields that should be merged.

   1. Review options from inlines "Merge also" and "Actions after merge", and tick anything that interests you.

   2. You can also change status of the issues after merge right in this window. Expand the dropdown field to explore your options.

3. In order to start, click the Merge button.

1. Follow the status of merging process in the new window. All successful actions will be marked with green tick and any warnings or errors will appear as a red X sign. Closing this window, won't have any impact on the merging process.
