Presets
Presets give you a possibility of merging issues as fast as a lighting. Let's check them out.
Presets can be treated just like templates - they help you save selected fields to be merged and use them multiple times.
How to add Presets?
Go into Settings by clicking the cog icon ⚙️ and select Apps.

Scroll to Service Pack for Agents and go into Issue Merger Presets.

Click Create New.
In Name text field write unique name for preset.
In Select fields drop-list choose at list one field.
Confirm configuration by clicking button Save.

Create New Button
It allows you to create a new preset, but beware of the following: to create a new one, you must add at least one field and name. Name must be unique for every preset.
Table
If you haven't created any presets yet, an example preset Standard will be displayed.
All presets are arranged in the table by their creation time.
Name: column containing name of created preset.
Fields: column containing fields which are part of a preset.
Actions: column containing actions that you might perform on created preset;
Edit the name and fields by clicking the pen icon 🖊️ and delete the preset with bin icon 🪣.
