Bulk Actions

This feature can help you update merged issues at ones. Let's take a look at its abilities.

How to access "Bulk Actions"?

1. Go to any target issue that has at least one merged request.

2. Click the button "Bulk Actions" located at the top of the issue view in order to view a new section below the "Description" and "Linked Issues" fields.

1. Select merged issues that you would like to apply the following changes in order to activate the feature.

1. Small menu on the right side allows you to perform bulk actions according to your liking.

2. Click the Action menu of "Bulk Actions" in order to hide it, when you no longer need it.

What does this feature allow you to do?

You can perform following actions to merged issues:

1. Comments addition

   1. In Service Projects you can also select Internal and External Comments.

2. Linking issues

3. Value updates, such as Status and Resolution

4. Change status

5. You can also select more than 1 action, by clicking the Action menu.

Configuration

You can enable and disable the Bulk Actions feature anytime you like.

1. In your project, go to Project Settings. Scroll down to Apps and select Merge Issues.

1. Scroll through the Project Configuration window, to the Panel on the Issue View section.

2. Tick off the box if you don't want the Bulk Actions menu be visible in the project's issue.

   1. By default, this box is marked.

Remember that for the user to be able to complete each action, they need to have a suitable permission.
