Selecting Properties

Customize the data appearing in Jira work items and ensure that relevant details reach everyone.

Properties are used to store data on HubSpot’s standard CRM objects and custom objects. Users can easily select which of the data will be visible in the Jira work item.

In order to choose the details, go to Apps> HubSpot CRM Integration and stay on the tab Properties to show. The users can switch between tabs: Contact, Company and Deals in order to make the selection. Chosen properties will be displayed on the work item, based on the reporter's email.

The toggle can be used to show or hide information in the work item view.

As the add-on supports HubSpot custom objects, they will be included as tabs in the configuration, provided that the user has HubSpot Enterprise license and these custom objects are present on their HubSpot instance.

Restricting shown data to projects

Users can decide to restrict the HubSpot CRM panel to certain projects - it can be done in the Projects tab. There, just select the option from the dropdown menu:

• All projects

• All service projects

• Selected projects

By default, it will be set to All projects - so the panel will be visible in every project.
