HubSpot Panel on Work Item View

Once the connection between Jira and HubSpot has been successfully established, the users can easily view in Jira the data collected in HubSpot. The HS CRM Integration panel is available in the work item view, on the right side.

When the panel is expanded, the imported data, regarding the selected field in the dropdown menu, is based on provided e-mail and displayed. This feature supports the following fields:

Reporter
Assignee
User picker
Text fields (single and multi-line)

The Reporter field is set by default.

To setup the field based on which the add-on will gather information, the user should:

Select a project of choice and go into Project Settings.

Click on Apps.
Go into HubSpot CRM Integration.
Click on the dropdown and select the needed field.

The HubSpot CRM Integration panel can be configured to show additional properties regarding values in the HubSpot custom fields setup by users. More information can be found here.
