This page describes how to select HubSpot properties to be displayed on the issue.
Properties are used to store data on HubSpot’s standard CRM objects, custom objects, and products. You can easily select which of them will be visible on the Jira issue. To do that, simply choose properties from the configuration.
You can choose properties from Company, Contact, and Deals. You can select as many properties as you need. Selected properties will be displayed on the issue, based on the reporter's email.

What permission does the app require?
This app requires four permissions:
View user information in Jira that the user has access to, including usernames, email addresses, and avatars.
Read Jira project and issue data, search for issues, and objects associated with issues like attachments and worklogs.
View the profile details for the currently logged-in user.
Read and write to app storage service
Does the app encode all data in transit and at rest?
Yes.

Preview HubSpot data on Jira issue
When you have connected Jira and HubSpot successfully, go to the issue to see how the integration work. Select an issue where a reporter exists within a connected HubSpot instance. When you expand the glance, you will see contact details and associated objects (e.g. deals and companies).
Connect app with HubSpot instance
To configure connection with selected HubSpot instance, go to Settings (a Cog icon), then Apps and click on the HubSpot CRM Integration link. When you configure the connection for the first time, you need to authenticate by clicking on the Allow access button.

Click on the Continue button to be redirected to HubSpot page

At this moment there is no way to restrict integration to selected projects.

Link Jira issue with HubSpot object
To link issue with a HubSpot object, create a custom field first. You can choose between single and multi-select.

Steps
First go to Settings (cog icon) > Issues > Fields
Click on Custom Fields
Then click on Create custom field
Then click on Advanced and select HubSpot Object Picker Multi or Signle
Click on Next button
Add name of your choice and descriptions of the custom field
Then just click on Create button
Associate new custom field to appropriate screens
Click on Update button
Next, go to Contexts and default value and select click on Edit custom field config. You can choose an Object type there. Once you did it, you are ready to go.
Import data based on provided email and display it on the issue view. This feature support fields such as: Fields:

Assignee
Custom Fields:

Text field (Single line)
